- Deliver aviation security training programs as per the calendar to ensure staff gains the knowledge and skills to perform their roles.
- Maintain up to date and accurate aviation security training records to ensure compliance with company standards and aid decision-making.
- Prepare reports on all aviation security training conducted to enable continuous evaluation of programs and facilitate decision-making.
- Participate in the review of training manual and monitor Standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance within operational areas.
- Undertake research on matters of security interest within the industry and provide relevant guidance
- Coordinate the development and implementation of AVSEC training schedule for contracted security services
- Identify and Coordinate Aviation Security Training needs and follow-up on the performance of operational airline staff in line with their AVSEC roles and capability improvement needs
- Liaise with relevant contacts stakeholders to enable smooth coordination of aviation security training.
- Act as subject matter expert for the business with regards to aviation security.
- Offer Training to commercial customers as per signed company contracts
- Assist in the Preparation and implement of AVSEC training Budget
- Assist to ensure the addition of behavioral competences, competence levels and training requirements to role profiles
- Assist in leading the definition of technical and professional competences, competence levels and pre- and post-appointment training requirements and ensure they are included in role profiles and within the learning management system
- Market KQ commercial training programs in order to help contribute to the achievement of commercial objectives.
